<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pregatiti crema de umplutura.</p>
<p>Pentru a face acest lucru, puneti unt, jumatate din zahar si 7 galbenusuri intr-o cratita.</p>
<p>Bateti totul cu un tel si, in timp ce amestecati, incalziti amestecul intr-o baie de apa pana incepe sa se ingroase.</p>
<p>Lasati crema sa se raceasca complet.</p>

<p>Intre timp, bateti albusurile cu restul de zahar intr-un castron separat, apoi adaugati faina, praful de copt, rahat, nucile si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Amestecati usor totul cu o spatula pentru a mentine amestecul aerisit.</p>
<p>Tapetati o tava cu hartie de copt, turnati continutul bolului in ea.</p>
<p>Se coace la 180 de grade pentru aproximativ 12-15 minute.</p>
<p>Lasati blatul sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei.</p>

<p>Asamblati prajitura in aceasta ordine: foaie de napolitana, jumatate din crema, blatul, restul de jumatate din crema si, in final, a foaie de napolitana.</p>
<p>Pentru a pastra umplutura mai bine, puteti pune un prosop si un fel de incarcatura deasupra tortului pentru o vreme.</p>
<p>Taiati tortul finit in bucati aleatorii si serviti.</p>
