<p>Aluat:</p>
<p>3 galbenusuri + 60 g zahar</p>
<p>3 albusuri + suc de 1/2 lamaie + 100 g zahar</p>
<p>170 g de faina</p>
<p>1 lingura amidon de porumb</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>100 g zahar</p>
<p>3 linguri amidon de porumb</p>
<p>1 lingurita extract de vanilie</p>
<p>600 ml lapte</p>
<p>2 banane</p>
<p>400 g de piersici din compot</p>
<p>In plus:</p>
<p>sirop de piersici din compot &#8211; pentru insiropare</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai, separati albusurile si galbenusurile in 2 boluri.</p>
<p>Se toarna zaharul in vasul cu galbenusurile de ou &#8211; se bat/amesteca pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Se toarna sucul stors de 1/2 lamaie in vasul cu albusurile spuma si se adauga zaharul &#8211; se bat/amesteca pana se formeaza varfuri tari.</p>
<p>Ulterior, turnati amestecul de galbenusuri in spuma de albusuri.</p>

<p>Se amesteca usor.</p>
<p>Se toarna apoi faina cernuta amestecata cu amidon de porumb &#8211; se amesteca bine.</p>
<p>Turnati aluatul rezultat pe o tava de copt de 27 x 18 cm tapetata cu hartei de copt.</p>

<p>Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit timp de 25 de minute la 180°C pana devin aurii.</p>
<p>Dupa copt, scoateti hartia de copt din aluat si taiati aluatul in 2 parti egale.</p>

<p>Se lasa putin deoparte si apoi se pune prima parte din aluat inapoi in tava cu margini detasabile.</p>

<p>Crema:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron mare, se bat ouale si se presara zaharul, se amesteca si apoi se presara amidon de porumb.</p>
<p>Se condimenteaza cu extract de vanilie, se adauga lapte si, amestecand constant, se fierbe la foc mic pana se obtine o crema densa medie.</p>
<p>Dupa ce s-a fiert, acoperim crema in oala cu folie si lasam sa se raceasca la temperatura camerei.</p>

<p>Intre timp, puneti bananele feliate, piersicile din conserva intr-un alt bol si amestecati cu crema racita &#8211; amestecati bine.</p>

<p>Insiropati partea copta si racita din aluat cu suc/sirop de piersici, apoi intindeti crema pregatita si acoperiti cu a doua parte de aluat.</p>

<p>Puneti la frigider 3 ore.</p>
<p>Dupa 3 ore, scoateti prajitura din forma si serviti.</p>
