<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Avem nevoie de un pastrav de 800-1,00 kg.</p>
<p>Curatati pestele de solzi, indepartati maruntaiele si clatiti-l.</p>
<p>Taiati aripioarele, capul si coada.</p>
<p>Taiati pestele in bucati.</p>
<p>Transferati bucatile intr-un castron adanc.</p>
<p>Sare / piper dupa gust si se presara cu suc de lamaie.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se lasa 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Gatirea sosului:</p>
<p>Se toarna ulei vegetal in tigaie aproximativ 3 linguri.</p>
<p>Ceapa se toaca marunt si se trimite in tigaie.</p>
<p>Se prajeste pana se rumeneste usor.</p>
<p>Se spala ciupercile proaspete, se curata, se toaca marunt si se trimit la ceapa.</p>
<p>Gatiti pana se evapora lichidul ciupercilor.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati sare si piper dupa gust.</p>
<p>Se adauga usturoiul uscat si se amesteca.</p>
<p>Se prajesc usor ciupercile.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati smantana in tigaie si adaugati cimbru uscat.</p>
<p>Am amestecat.</p>
<p>Aduceti la fierbere si opriti aragazul.</p>
<p>Daca sosul este gros, adaugati putina apa.</p>
<p>Se toarna putin sos intr-un vas de copt si se pun deasupra bucatiele de pastrav.</p>
<p>Umpleti pastravul cu sos cremos de ciuperci.</p>
<p>Il trimitem intr-un cuptorul preincalzit pana la 180 de grade timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Este potrivita o garnitura: orez, piure de cartofi sau paste.</p>
