<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>1 piept mare de pui sau 2 mai micuti<br />
2 – 3 vinete,<br />
3 – 4 roÈii<br />
150 g de cascaval<br />
2 -3 căÈei de usturoi,</p>
<p>mărar,<br />
ulei ,<br />
sare,<br />
piper după gust.<br />
putina boia de ardei dulce</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>SpălaÈi, apoi uscaÈi vinetele Èi tăiaÈi-le capetele. Se taie în felii subÈiri pe lungime, se pune într-un castron, se presara sare Èi se lasă 20-30 minute, se scurge sucul pe care îl lasă.</p>
<p>SpălaÈi pieptul de pui, uscaÈi-l Èi tăiaÈi-l în 4 -6 bucăÈi. AÈezaÈi pieptul de pui într-o pungă cu sarea, boiaua Èi piperul. SpălaÈi roÈiile Èi taiati-le rondele. CurăÈaÈi Èi tăiaÈi usturoiul.</p>
<p>Mararul este spălat Èi tăiat marunt. Se incinge uleiul într-o tigaie Èi se prajesc putin vinetele pe ambele părÈi apoi se scot pe un prosop de hartie. Să ia un vas de copt Èi se pune un rând de vinete, astfel încât feliile sa se suprapuna putin.</p>

<p>Peste pieptul de pui se pune un strat de rosii rondele, apoi se pune mararul si usturoiul tocat. Cascavalul se da pe razatoarea mare si se pune peste stratul de rosii.</p>

<p>Se pune vasul in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade si se coace circa 25 de minute. Lasati-l sa se raceasca putin si taiati-l bucati. Pofta buna!</p>
