<p>praf de copt, 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare.</p>
<p>Pentru a pregati umplutura aveti nevoie de :</p>
<p>branza de vaci, 550 g;</p>
<p>sare un praf;</p>
<p>zahar, 200 g;</p>
<p>oua, 2 buc;</p>
<p>smantana, 2 linguri.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Dati untul racit pe o razatoare grosiera in faina cernuta cu un praf de sare si praf de copt.</p>
<p>Framantati masa cu mainile pana la starea de firimituri.</p>
<p>Combinati ouale cu zaharul si bateti pana devin pufoase si netede.</p>
<p>Se toarna masa de oua in cea de firimituri de unt si faina, se framanta un aluat moale si flexibil, neted.</p>
<p>Impartim aluatul in 2 parti.</p>
<p>Punem aluatul in pungi si il trimitem la congelator pentru 1 ora.</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura, amestecati toate ingredientele, puteti mesteca cu un blender submersibil pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Daca se doreste, la umplutura se pot adauga coaja de lamaie sau stafide, bucati de caise uscate etc.</p>
<p>Intindem o parte din aluat pe o masa presarata cu faina, o transferam intr-o forma acoperita cu hartie de copt si formam parti inalte.</p>
<p>Intindem umplutura si frecam a doua parte de aluat pe o razatoare grosiera deasupra.</p>

<p>Lasam prajitura sa se raceasca in tava, apoi o scoatem si, daca doriti, stropiti cu zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Prajitura se dovedeste a fi pur si simplu cea mai frageda, moale, perfecta pentru micul dejun cu ceai.</p>
