<p>zahar &#8211; 220 g;</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc.;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 450 g;</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 2 linguri;</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 600 g;</p>
<p>albus de ou &#8211; 1 buc.;</p>
<p>amidon de porumb &#8211; 1 lingura.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Combinati untul cu zaharul, spargeti ouale in el si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Adaugati o lingura de smantana in amestec, adaugati faina si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Framantati un aluat elastic si nelipicios, impartiti-l in 2 parti &#8211; una ar trebui sa fie mai mare decat a doua.</p>
<p>Puneti cea mai mare parte din aluat la frigider si portia mai mica la congelator.</p>
<p>Nu uitati sa acoperiti ambele parti ale aluatului cu folie.</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura, turnati zahar in branza de vaci, adaugati albusul, smantana si amestecati.</p>
<p>Puneti cea mai mare parte din aluat intr-o tava pe hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Puneti umplutura de cas pe aluat.</p>
<p>Taiem aluatul de la congelator in felii mari, cu care acoperim umplutura de cas.</p>

<p>Coaceti placinta la 180 de grade timp de 35-40 de minute.</p>
