<p>Glazura:</p>
<p>zahar pudra &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>suc de portocale &#8211; 3-4 linguri.</p>
<p>Mod de preparat:</p>
<p>Spalati bine caisele uscate, puneti-le intr-o cratita si umpleti-le cu apa pana sunt acoperite complet.</p>
<p>Se pune pe aragaz si dupa fierbere se fierb 10 minute.</p>
<p>Se macina nucile intr-un blender sau cu un cutit.</p>
<p>In timp ce se inmoaie caisele uscate, pregatiti aluatul nr. 1.</p>
<p>Se toarna zaharul, nucile in faina si se adauga untul.</p>
<p>Ar trebui sa fie moale, dar sa-si pastreze in continuare forma.</p>
<p>Macinati aluatul in firimituri.</p>

<p>Pesmetul trebuie sa fie lipicios si sa se muleze bine.</p>
<p>Transferati intreaga masa intr-o tava de copt.</p>
<p>Nu este nevoie sa ungeti tava.</p>
<p>Dimensiunea tavii mele este de 23&#215;32 cm.</p>
<p>Distribuim aluatul, apasand cu palma de-a lungul fundului formei, iar pentru a nu se lipi, udam mainile in apa.</p>

<p>Puneti forma cu aluatul in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru 15 minute.</p>
<p>In acest timp, framantati al doilea aluat.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina, praful de copt, zaharul vanilat, zaharul alb, nuca maruntita si 0,5 lingurita de sare intr-un bol.</p>
<p>Se amesteca ingredientele uscate, iar intr-un alt bol se bat usor 4 oua cu telul si se toarna in faina.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cu o spatula pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Acum taiati caisele uscate racite in bucati mici si turnati-le in aluat.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana cand aluatul este omogen.</p>

<p>Imediat facem firimiturile cu care vom umple placinta.</p>
<p>Macinati faina, zaharul si untul moale cu mainile.</p>
<p>Intre timp se coace primul blat, se scoate din cuptor si se toarna al doilea aluat peste, distribuindu-l uniform peste tava.</p>
<p>De asemenea, turnam firimiturile uniform peste aluatul cu caise uscate si dam tava cu doua tipuri de aluat inapoi la cuptor.</p>
<p>Coaceti placinta la 180 de grade timp de 25-30 de minute.</p>
<p>Verificam pregatirea cu o scobitoare &#8211; ar trebui sa iasa uscata.</p>

<p>Scoateti placinta din cuptor si lasati sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Pentru a face glazura, adauga putin cate putin suc de portocale in zaharul pudra si amestecati pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Ar trebui sa iasa ca o smantana lichida.</p>
<p>Turnati glazura intr-o punga de patiserie si taiati un colt, ornati prajitura dupa cum doriti.</p>
