<p>Ulei de floarea soarelui 100 ml</p>

<p>Carne de vita tocata 400 g</p>
<p>Ceapa 1 buc.</p>
<p>Piper negru (macinat) 0,25 lingurita</p>
<p>Chimen un praf</p>
<p>Galbenus de ou 1–2 buc.</p>
<p>Mozzarella 50 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca ingredientele uscate: faina, zahar, 1 lingurita sare si drojdie.</p>
<p>Faceti o fantana, turnati laptele cald si apa, uleiul de floarea soarelui si oul se batut.</p>
<p>Se framanta aluatul, se acopera cu folie alimentara si se lasa la dospit la loc caldut.</p>
<p>Se cuarta ceapa si se adauga la tocat.</p>
<p>Trimiteti acolo 1,5 lingurita sare, piper macinat si chimen.</p>
<p>Amestecati carnea tocata cu mainile pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Taiati aluatul, puneti-l pe o foaie de hartie de copt si rulati-l intr-un strat rotund cu diametrul de aproximativ 40 cm.</p>
<p>Puneti o farfurie cu diametrul mai mic (aproximativ 25 cm) in centru si taiati marginile ramase in benzi de 2 cm latime.</p>

<p>Scoateti farfuria si intindeti inelul de carne tocata (ca in imagine).</p>

<p>Acoperiti carnea cu fasii de aluat pentru a ascunde umplutura.</p>
<p>Acoperiti piesa de prelucrat cu folie si lasati timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Ungeti placinta cu galbenusuri de ou batute.</p>
<p>Se coace 35-45 de minute la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti branza in centru.</p>
<p>Reveniti la cuptor pentru inca 10 minute.</p>
