<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>Umplutura:</p>
<p>Fructe (ey am pus piersici) &#8211; greutate cu sambure 500 g</p>
<p>Amidon &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>Zahar pudra &#8211; pentru decor</p>
<p>Zahar pentru umplutura &#8211; la nevoie, daca fructele nu sunt dulci</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Incepem sa pregatim aluatul, se framanta 5 minute, nu mai mult.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar si zahar vanilat intr-un castron.</p>
<p>Se adauga imediat untul topit, dar nu fierbinte, si se amesteca bine cu telul sau furculita.</p>

<p>Bateti ouale (aceasta cantitate de ingrediente necesita oua de marime medie) si amestecati totul bine din nou.</p>

<p>Cerneti toata faina in amestec deodata si adaugati praful de copt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul mai intai cu o spatula sau cu aceeasi furculita, apoi se framanta usor cu mainile.</p>
<p>Iese untos, foarte moale si usor lipicios.</p>
<p>Separati o treime si puneti-o la frigider deocamdata.</p>
<p>Lucram cu cea mai mare parte de aluat.</p>
<p>Luam o forma si distribuim peste ea aluatul, mai intai cu mainile, apoi il apasam cu o spatula sau o lingura, formand o latura mica.</p>
<p>Apoi intepati fundul si partile laterale cu o furculita.</p>

<p>Nu este nevoie sa ungeti aceasta tava.</p>
<p>Baza este gata.</p>
<p>Urmeaza umplutura.</p>
<p>Absolut orice fruct este potrivit pentru umplutura, fie el proaspat sau conservat.</p>
<p>Folosesc piersici proaspete in reteta mea.</p>
<p>Nici nu le curat de coaja, dar asta e o chestiune de gust.</p>
<p>Taiem piersicile felii si le amestecam cu atentie cu amidon.</p>
<p>Asezati-le pe baza din tava.</p>

<p>Daca fructul este suficient de dulce, fac umplutura fara zahar.</p>
<p>Daca fructele sunt tari, atunci trebuie sa le taiati mai subtire.</p>
<p>Si acum lucram la partea de sus a placintei.</p>
<p>Scoatem treimea rezervata din aluat din frigider, presaram masa cu faina si intindem un strat subtire.</p>
<p>Apoi il taiem in fasii.</p>
<p>Si cu aceste benzi formam partea de sus.</p>
<p>Aluatul este foarte delicat si fasiile se pot rupe, dar e in regula.</p>

<p>Se pune in cuptorul preincalzit si se coace 45 de minute la 180 C.</p>

<p>Raciti prajitura si scoateti-o din forma in cel mai simplu mod, rasturnand-o.</p>
