<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna faina in bol, se cerne zaharul pudra si praful de copt si se amesteca totul bine.</p>
<p>Adaugati galbenusurile de ou, untul taiat cubulete sau untura si cinci linguri de lapte.</p>
<p>Procesati totul intr-un aluat neted si omogen.</p>
<p>Inveliti-l in folie alimentara si dati-l la frigider pentru 2 ore.</p>
<p>In timp ce aluatul se raceste, pregatiti umplutura cu mere.</p>
<p>Curatati merele de coaja, taiati miezul si radeti-le grosier.</p>
<p>Stoarceti usor merele printr-o strecuratoare, adaugati zahar pudra, rom, scortisoara si doua budinci de vanilie.</p>
<p>Daca doriti, puteti folosi si alte arome, precum gutuie.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine toate ingredientele.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul racit in 2 parti egale.</p>
<p>Asezati o parte pe o tava cu marginea mai inalta, pe care ati uns-o in prealabil cu unt sau ulei.</p>
<p>Intindeti umplutura de mere pe aluat intr-un strat uniform pe toata suprafata.</p>
<p>Aici este vorba de creatie, din a doua jumatate de aluat puteti face decoratiuni dupa bunul plac.</p>
<p>Puteti pune foaia intreaga, dar intepati-o cu o furculita din loc in loc pentru a nu se umfla sau puteti face floricele, cercuri etc.</p>

<p>Introduceti tava cu prajitura in cuptorul incalzit la temperatura de 180 °C pentru aproximativ 30-40 de minute pana devine aurie la suprafata.</p>
