<p>Lista ingredientelor:</p>
<p>2-3 galbenusuri</p>
<p>100 g zahar (+ 3 linguri pentru a presara prajitura)</p>
<p>50 g de unt</p>
<p>125 ml lapte</p>
<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>un pliculet de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>180 g de faina</p>
<p>1,5 lingurite praf de copt</p>
<p>3 mere</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti galbenusurile cu zaharul.</p>
<p>Topiti 25 g de unt. Se adauga la galbenusuri.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele, se adauga zaharul vanilat, faina si praful de copt. Se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza.</p>

<p>Se toarna aluatul intr-o tava, se aplatizeaza cu o spatula. Asezati feliile de mar curatate de coaja si de seminte deasupra, apasand putin in aluat.</p>

<p>Se toarna unt topit (25 g) peste tort si se presara cu zahar.</p>
<p>Se coace la cuptor pentru aproximativ 35 de minute la 180 â.</p>
