<p>2 galbenusuri de ou</p>
<p>2 linguri smantana</p>
<p>120 g de untura netopita</p>
<p>dupa cum este necesar, lapte</p>
<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>aproximativ 2,5 kg mere</p>
<p>2 pachete de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>putina scortisoara sau cuisoare</p>
<p>1 lingura cacao</p>
<p>cateva linguri piscuiti pisati sau pesmet</p>
<p>aproximativ 100 &#8211; 150 g zahar (optional)</p>
<p>4 albusuri (zapada solida)</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Framantati aluatul din ingredientele enumerate si lasati-l sa stea o vreme.</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura, curatati merele, dati-le pe razatoare si puneti-le intr-un castron adanc, la foc mic, si fierbeti pana se rumenesc si se inmoaie (merele in sine elibereaza sucul, deci nu este nevoie sa adaugati apa).</p>
<p>Lasati merele sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati zaharul vanilat, scortisoara, pudra de ciocolata, pesmet si zahar si, in cele din urma, amestecati usor albusurile batute spuma in prealabil.</p>
<p>Intindeti jumatate din aluat si asezati-l pe o tava de copt unsa si fainata, intindeti umplutura si acoperiti-o cu o alta parte a aluatului.</p>
<p>Folositi o furculita pentru a „strapunge” aluatul in cateva locuri, suficient cat sa iese aburul la coacere.</p>
<p>Acoperiti usor cu ulei si puneti-l intr-un cuptor preincalzit (190 * C) si coaceti pana cand capata o culoare maro aurie.</p>
<p>Se scoate din cuptor si se presara rece cu zahar pudra (optional).</p>
