<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 600 ml</p>
<p>smantana &#8211; 600 g</p>
<p>budinca de vanilie &#8211; 2 pachete</p>
<p>gris &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>coaja de lamaie &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>suc de lamaie &#8211; 15 ml</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>

<p>Mai intai, cerneti faina simpla intr-un castron mare.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati zahar, sare, lapte, unt inmuiat, oua si faceti cu mainile un aluat neted, de consistenta semisolida.</p>
<p>Infasurati-l in folie alimentara si dati-l la frigider timp de o jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>Pregatirea umpluturii de crema, finalizarea tortului si coacerea acestuia</p>
<p>Dupa o jumatate de ora, scoateti aluatul din frigider si impartiti-l in doua jumatati de aceeasi dimensiune.</p>
<p>Rolati cate o foaie din fiecare dintre ele si taiati-o intr-un dreptunghi cu un cutit.</p>
<p>Asezati o foaie intr-o tava de copt cu dimensiuni de aproximativ 30 x 20 cm.</p>
<p>Apoi incepeti sa pregatiti umplutura.</p>
<p>Incalziti laptele intr-o oala si amestecati budincile de vanilie, grisul in el si gatiti pana se ingroasa (nu uitati sa amestecati).</p>
<p>Lasati budinca terminata sa se raceasca cateva minute si apoi amestecati-o impreuna cu smantana, coaja de lamaie si sucul de lamaie intr-o masa omogena.</p>
<p>Aplicati-l pe o foaie de aluat intr-o foaie de copt, acoperiti cu o a doua foaie si coaceti-o in cuptor timp de 60 de minute la 170 ° C.</p>
<p>Scoateti tortul copt din cuptor, presarati cu zahar pudra si serviti, dupa racire, cu o ceasca de ceai, cafea sau cacao si lapte.</p>
