<p>0,5 lingurita de praf de copt;</p>
<p>sare</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>1,3 kg de varza;</p>
<p>1 morcov;</p>
<p>2 cepe;</p>
<p>100 ml ulei vegetal;</p>
<p>Sare si piper.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai, sa pregatim umplutura.</p>
<p>Luati ceapa si taiati-o cubulete, apoi puneti-o intr-o tigaie si prajiti pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Dam morcovii pe razatoarea grosiera si ii trimitem la ceapa.</p>
<p>Tocam 1,3 kilograme de varza si o trimitem si la tigaie.</p>
<p>Dam foc moderat si fierbem legumele pana se inmoaie.</p>
<p>Nu uitati sa amestecati.</p>
<p>Adaugati sare, piper negru macinat dupa gust.</p>
<p>Umplutura din placinta este gata, dar trebuie sa o lasati sa se raceasca putin.</p>
<p>Luam un castron adanc, turnam in el o cantitate suficienta de faina si sare.</p>
<p>Chefirul este adus la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Continutul sau de grasime ar trebui sa fie de 2,5%.</p>
<p>Adaugam prf de copt.</p>
<p>Amestecati cu ingrediente uscate.</p>
<p>Apoi se topiti untul in cuptorul cu microunde.</p>
<p>Incepem sa framantam un aluat moale, elastic.</p>
<p>Mai multa faina poate fi adaugata la nevoie.</p>
<p>Consistenta aluatului trebuie sa fie astfel incat sa nu se lipeasca de maini.</p>
<p>Puneti-l intr-o punga de plastic si lasati sa stea timp de 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa acest timp, impartiti aluatul in jumatate si intindeti o parte intr-un strat.</p>
<p>Nu-l faceti prea subtire, deoarece aluatul nu trebuie sa se rupa.</p>
<p>Transferati pe o tava de copt tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Puneti umplutura deasupra.</p>

<p>Asezati a doua bucata de aluat deasupra placintei.</p>
<p>Ciupim marginile sub forma unei sfori.</p>

<p>Pentru ca aluatul sa nu se umfle, il strapungem cu o furculita si il trimitem la cuptor la o temperatura de 180 de grade pentru 50 de minute.</p>
<p>Dupa coacere, ungem produsele de patiserie cu unt, pe care le-am topit in prealabil la microunde.</p>
