<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 400 g;</p>
<p>unt &#8211; 170 g;</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 2 buc.;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 150 g;</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 10 g;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; un praf.</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>gem &#8211; de care doriti si in ce cantitate vreti.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna zaharul si sarea intr-un castron cu unt, se bate cu mixerul timp de 2-3 minute.</p>
<p>Agaugati ouale si amestecati.</p>
<p>Cerneti ⅔ faina si praful de copt in amestec, framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina ramasa in aluat, se framanta astfel incat sa nu ramana cocoloase.</p>
<p>Tapetati o tava de copt cu hartie de copt, puneti jumatate din aluat si distribuiti uniform.</p>
<p>Puneti dulceata peste aluat si intindeti pe toata suprafata.</p>

<p>Intindeti a doua parte a aluatului intr-un strat egal cu suprafata formei.</p>
<p>Acoperiti placinta cu un al doilea strat si sigilati marginile.</p>

<p>Coaceti placinta la 180 de grade timp de 30-35 de minute.</p>

<p>Aceasta placinta va fi delicioasa atat calda cat si rece.</p>
