<p>1 pachet de praf de copt</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>200 g zahar</p>
<p>150 g margarina moale sau unt</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru glazura de smantana:</p>
<p>1 pahar de smantana</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>1 pachet de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>Zahar pudra- aproximativ 5-6 linguri</p>
<p>3-4 mere curatate de coaja si de smburi</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se amesteca untul inmuiat si zaharul pana se topeste zaharul. Adaugati ouale si amestecati pana acestea isi schimba culoarea.</p>
<p>Adaugati laptele si zaharul vanilat. Mixati in continuare.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina cu praful de copt si adaugati apoi la compozitie. Amestecati usor cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Ungem tava cu unt si presaram cu faina. Turnam compozitia in tava.</p>

<p>Amestecam toate ingredientele: smantana, ouale, zaharul vanilat si zaharul pudra.</p>
<p>Se toarna jumatate din compozitie in tava, peste primul aluat.</p>
<p>Taiem merele in cubulete si le asezam in tava peste crema de smantana.</p>

<p>Turnati restul de crema de smantana peste mere.</p>

<p>Se introduce tava intr-un cuptor incalzit la 170 de grade timp de 45 de minute.</p>
