<p>lapte &#8211; 250 ml;</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 4 buc.;</p>
<p>sare &#8211; un praf;</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 1 lingura;</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 450 g;</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingurita;</p>
<p>branza de vaci &#8211; 500 g.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Adaugati un ou intr-un vas cu lapte, adaugati sare si zahar, cerneti faina si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Framantati un aluat moale, elastic.</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura, combinati branza de vaci cu oua si un praf de sare, amestecati.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in 10 parti egale si rulati in floi rotunde.</p>
<p>Puneti branza de vaci in fiecare foaie, pe jumatate si sigilati-o cu cealalta jumatate.</p>

<p>Intr-o tigaie cu ulei vegetal incins, prajiti placintele pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc.</p>
