<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Apa 95 ml</p>
<p>Sare un praf</p>
<p>Faina 150 g / 1 cana</p>
<p>Ceapa verde 30 g</p>
<p>un praf de bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>branza 50 g</p>
<p>Faina 1/4 cana</p>
<p>Amidon de porumb 1/4 cana</p>
<p>ulei de prajit</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecati 95 ml de apa cu sare si 150 de grame de faina.</p>
<p>Se framanta aluatul si se lasa 10 minute acoperit.</p>
<p>Apoi impartiti aluatul in 4 bucati.</p>
<p>Luati fiecare piesa si formati o minge.</p>
<p>Lasati aluatul inca 5 minute acoperit.</p>
<p>Taiati ceapa si adaugati putin bicarbonat de sodiu, razuiti branza.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina si amidonul de porumb.</p>
<p>Se presara masa cu un amestec de faina si amidon, se intinde fiecare bucata de aluat cu diametrul de minim 18 cm.</p>
<p>Puneti amestecul pe foaia intinsa, unsa cu putin ulei sau unt.</p>

<p>Impaturiti foaia, si puneti-le intr-o tigaie cu putin ulei incins.</p>

<p>Prajiti pe ambele parti pana devine aurie, aproximativ 2 minute pe fiecare parte.</p>
