<p>80 ml apa minerala</p>
<p>Bicarbonat de sodiu 1 lingurita</p>
<p>1 lingura sare</p>
<p>2 lingurite zahar</p>
<p>Umplere:</p>
<p>Carne tocata (eu am pus de porc) 700 g</p>
<p>Ceapa 2 buc.</p>
<p>Sare si piper negru (dupa gust)</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Chefirul este preincalzit in cuptorul cu microunde.</p>
<p>Adaugma smantana, de preferat la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Adaugam sare si zahar, ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Am amestecat si apa minerala.</p>
<p>Amestecam bicarbonatul cu faina.</p>
<p>Cernem jumatate din faina.</p>

<p>In continuare framantam aluatul pe masa, cu adaugarea de faina ramasa, aluatul trebuie sa ramana usor lipicios.</p>
<p>Adaugam 1 lingura ulei vegetal, framantam din nou aluatul.</p>
<p>Acoperiti cu folie alimentara si lasati sa se odihneasca 15 minute.</p>
<p>Adaugam ceapa, sare si piper la carnea tocata si amestecam.</p>
<p>Impartim aluatul in 28 de parti a cate 65 g fiecare, ungem putin suprafata de lucru cu ulei.</p>

<p>Intindem bine aluatul intr-o clatita cu mainile, punem umplutura in centru.</p>
<p>Adunam aluatul intr-o punga.</p>
<p>Prajim placintele la foc sub medie, 5-6 minute pe fiecare parte.</p>
