<p>8 linguri de faina,</p>
<p>2 lingurite de praf de copt,</p>
<p>2 linguri de cacao.</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru crema:</p>
<p>500 ml lapte (continut de grasime 1,5 %),</p>
<p>1 plic pudra de budinca de vanilie,</p>
<p>1 lingurita zahar vanilat,</p>
<p>250 g unt,</p>
<p>100 g zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Crema de mascarpone:</p>
<p>250 ml frisca lichida,</p>
<p>250 g mascarpone (o cutie),</p>
<p>1 lingurita zahar vanilat,</p>
<p>2 linguri de zahar pudra.</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se bat galbenusurile cu zaharul, apoi se adauga uleiul si faina amestecate cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>La final, amestecati cu grija spuma de albus.</p>
<p>Impartiti masa rezultata in doua parti, amestecati cacao in a doua parte.</p>
<p>Se pune masa alba intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt, apoi masa de cacao, si se amesteca putin cu o lingura.</p>
<p>Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 180-200 grade timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Cand batul este copt, scoatem tava, lasam la racit si pregatim crema de vanilie.</p>
<p>Puneti laptele la fiert.</p>
<p>Se amesteca praful de budinca de vanilie cu zaharul vanilat si putin lapte, apoi se adauga in laptele fiert si se fierbe pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Cand budinca s-a racit adaugam untul amestecat cu zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Prepararea cremei de mascarpone: bateti frisca lichida cu un robot de bucatarie.</p>
<p>Se amesteca apoi mascarpone si zaharul pudra, se amesteca bine cu un robot de bucatarie.</p>
<p>Intindeti crema de vanilie pe blatul racit, apoi decorati fiecare felie cu crema de mascarpone si frisca.</p>
