<p>4 linguri alune prajite, macinate</p>
<p>150 g faina</p>
<p>1 praf de copt</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>600 ml lapte de soia</p>
<p>10 linguri zahar</p>
<p>2 budinci de vanilie</p>
<p>esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>200 g margarina sau unt</p>
<p>100 g ciocolata neagra</p>
<p>In plus:</p>
<p>aproximativ 200 g de biscuiti populari</p>
<p>putin lapte (pentru insiroparea biscuitilor)</p>
<p>Glazura:</p>
<p>100 g ciocolata</p>
<p>3 lingurite apa</p>
<p>3 lingurite zahar</p>
<p>50 g margarina</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Cernem faina cu praful de copt intr-un castron, adaugam alunele macinate, zaharul, uleiul si apa minerala.</p>
<p>Amestecam totul cu o lingura si punem intr-o tava de copt (dimensiune 28x33cm) tapetata cu hartie de copt si coacem intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade pana se rumeneste.</p>
<p>Puneti laptele la fiert si adaugati zaharul.</p>
<p>Cand laptele a fiert, scoateti-l de pe foc, amestecati budinca si reveniti la foc &#8211; fierbeti inca 5 minute pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Impartiti crma in doua parti. Intr-o parte adaugati ciocolata rupta in cuburi si amestecati pana cand ciocolata se topeste.</p>
<p>In a doua parte, adaugati putina aroma de vanilie si amestecati. Se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Se inmoaie putin margarina la cuptorul cu microunde si se amesteca pana se face spumoasa.</p>
<p>Se adauga jumatate din margarina la fiecare jumatate de crema si se bate.</p>
<p>Puenti blatul racit pe o tava, deasupra puneti o crema la alegere, puneti un strat de biscuiti insiropati in lapte deaspura, cealalta crema si glazura (punem ciocolata maruntita intr-un castron pe o baie de abur, adaugam apa, zaharul si margarina si amestecam pana cand tot amestecul este combinat).</p>
<p>Deasupra puteti sa ornati cu nuci sau alune macinate.</p>
