<p>Pentru crema:</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 1 l</p>
<p>cacao &#8211; 3 linguri</p>
<p>amidon &#8211; 5 linguri</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 4 linguri</p>
<p>ciocolata &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Pentru decor:</p>
<p>fulgi de ciocolata &#8211; dupa cum este necesar</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti amidonul, cafeaua instant, zaharul intr-o cratita si acoperiti totul cu lapte.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine ingredientele, se aduce la fierbere si se asteapta, amestecand continuu, pana se formeaza o masa cremoasa.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul si esenta de vanilie dupa gust si amestecati pana se topeste untul.</p>
<p>Intr-o punga, zdrobiti biscuitii si amestecati-i cu amestecul fiert intr-o masa omogena.</p>

<p>Apoi se intinde uniform pe fundul unei forme de tort cu diametrul de 22 cm.</p>

<p>Puneti zaharul, cacao, amidonul intr-o cratita si acoperiti-le cu lapte.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul si se lasa la fiert, amestecand continuu, pana se formeaza o masa cu consistenta cremei.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati ciocolata rupta si lasati-o sa se topeasca.</p>
<p>Amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Turnati amestecul rezultat in tava si puneti tortul la frigider sa se intareasca.</p>
<p>Se decoreaza apoi cu fulgi de ciocolata, se taie in portii si se serveste.</p>
