<p>50 g de unt</p>
<p>1 lingurita de extract de vanilie</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>2 galbenusuri</p>
<p>100 g faina de cartofi</p>
<p>100 g faina de grau</p>
<p>zahar pudra pentru decor</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se fierbe un litru de lapte cu zahar, unt si extract de vanilie.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele ramas (200 ml) intr-un castron.</p>
<p>Adaugati ambele tipuri de faina, galbenusuri si adaugati ouale.</p>
<p>Se amesteca totul pana se omogenizeaza (cel mai bine este sa cernem faina inainte de a o adauga in lapte, astfel incat sa nu formeze bulgari).</p>
<p>Cand laptele din oala incepe sa fiarba, toarna amestecul de faina si oua si, amestecand energic tot timpul, gateste pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Se ia de pe foc si se lasa deoparte sa se raceasca usor, amestecand ocazional pentru a preveni formarea unei pielite deasupra.</p>
<p>O tava dreptunghiulara de 35 × 25 cm ar trebui sa fie captusita cu folie de aluminiu.</p>
<p>Asezati un strat de biscuiti pe fundul matritei.</p>
<p>Puneti budinca inca calda pe biscuiti, uniformizati si acoperiti cu restul de biscuiti.</p>
<p>Raciti prajitura timp de cateva ore la frigider, astfel incat budinca sa capete consistenta potrivita si sa fie usor de taiat.</p>
<p>Inainte de servire, se presara zahar pudra.</p>
