<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 1 lingurita (7 g)</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; 2 linguri</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura:</p>
<p>Branza de vaci &#8211; 450 g</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 3 buc.</p>
<p>ZaharĀ &#8211; 70-100 g</p>
<p>Esenta de vanilie sau zahar vanilat dupa gust</p>
<p>Gris &#8211; 2 linguri</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Adaugati ouale, un praf de sare si zahar intr-un bol, amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Am folosit un mixer.</p>
<p>Adaugam smantana si amestecam.</p>
<p>Adaugam praful de copt in faina si il cernem in aluat.</p>
<p>Aluatul iese gros.</p>
<p>Cantitatea de faina poate varia usor.</p>
<p>Depinde de marimea oualor si de densitatea smantanii.</p>
<p>Adaugati ulei vegetal, amestecati si aluatul este gata.</p>

<p>Pentru umplutura, amestecati branza de vaci, ouale, zaharul.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar vanilat sau esenta de vanilie.</p>
<p>Am adaugat 100 g zahar, umplutura s-a dovedit dulce.</p>
<p>Cantitatea de zahar poate fi redusa.</p>
<p>Daca adaugati fructe de padure la umplutura, este mai bine sa nu reduceti cantitatea de zahar.</p>
<p>Se macina totul pana la omogenizare cu un blender.</p>
<p>Adaugati grisul si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Umplutura este de asemenea gata.</p>
<p>Ungeti o tava de copt cu ulei.</p>
<p>Eu folosesc o forma detasabila, 22 cm in diametru.</p>
<p>Am tapetat fundul cu hartie de copt si am uns partile laterale.</p>
<p>Se toarna tot aluatul.</p>
<p>Intindem umplutura in centru cu fructele de padure.</p>

<p>Nu este necesar sa nivelati umplutura sau sa o presati in aluat, aceasta va fi distribuita in timpul procesului de coacere.</p>

<p>Se coace la 170 de grade pentru aproximativ 1 ora.</p>

<p>Apoi umplutura se va stabiliza bine si prajitura isi va pastra perfect forma.</p>
