<p>Cum sa gatesti:</p>
<p>Punem 500 de grame de branza de vaci intr-un castron.</p>
<p>Punem 2 oua, adaugam 10 grame de zahar vanilat si 50 de grame de unt la temperatura camerei.</p>

<p>Acum, folosind un blender de imersie, macinati pana la omogenizare.</p>

<p>Se toarna 50 de grame de lapte si se bate din nou.</p>
<p>Ramane sa adaugati 100 g gris si 100 g zahar.</p>
<p>Se amesteca cu telul si se lasa 20 de minute pentru ca grisul sa se umfle.</p>
<p>Ungeti vasul de copt cu unt moale, puteti stropi fundul si partile laterale cu pesmet sau gris.</p>
<p>Raspanditi intreaga masa de cas, distribuiti uniform.</p>
<p>Ungem usor blatul cu galbenus de ou sau smantana, astfel incat sa obtinem o crusta aurie.</p>

<p>Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 de grade timp de 25-35 de minute.</p>
<p>Totul este gata, se lasa putin sa se raceasca si se taie bucati portionate.</p>
<p>Dupa racire, caserola cu branza de vaci se aseaza destul de mult.</p>
