<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>140 g de unt</p>
<p>140 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>2 oua</p>
<p>300 g de faina</p>
<p>2 lingurite praf de copt</p>
<p>Stratul de branza:</p>
<p>1 kg de branza cu orice continut de grasime</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>240 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>2 lingurite suc de lamaie</p>
<p>750 ml de lapte</p>
<p>2 pachete de budinca</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade, acoperiti tava cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Mai intai, pregatiti aluatul.</p>
<p>Pentru a face acest lucru, amestecati doua oua cu zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Adaugati unt moale, amestecati bine cu o lingura.</p>
<p>Combinati faina cu praful de copt si apoi adaugati la amestecul de ou. Framantati aluatul.</p>
<p>Transferati aluatul in tava, distribuiti cu mainile astfel incat sa obtineti un strat subtire (baza).</p>

<p>Acum pregatiti umplutura.</p>
<p>Amestecati branza cu ouale si zaharul pudra intr-un castron mare.</p>
<p>Adaugati suc de lamaie, lapte si doua pungi de budinca.</p>
<p>Masa trebuie batuta cu un blender.</p>
<p>Apoi se turnati peste baza din tava.</p>

<p>Coaceti timp de 30-40 de minute. Timpul de coacere poate varia in functie de caracteristicile cuptorului.</p>
