<p>frisca &#8211; 200 ml</p>
<p>lapte &#8211; 100 ml</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 150 g</p>
<p>apa &#8211; 100 ml</p>
<p>gelatina &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>suc de lamaie &#8211; 10 ml</p>
<p>ciocolata neagra &#8211; 150 g</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Rupeti biscuitii intr-un castron al unui blender si zdrobiti-i pana obtineti un praf.</p>
<p>Adauga unt topit si amestecati bine pentru a obtine o masa densa nisipoasa.</p>
<p>Pregatiti o forma rotunda de tort cu un diametru de aproximativ 20 de centimetri, al carei fund trebuie tapetat cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati biscuitii zdrobiti cu unt in forma si, folosind degetele sau o lingura, indesati masa cat mai uniform.</p>
<p>Apoi puneti forma cu blatul timp de 30 de minute la frigider pentru a se raci si a se solidifica.</p>
<p>Dupa ce corpul este suficient de tare, tapetati partile laterale ale tavii in jurul perimetrului cu folie si continuati sa faceti crema.</p>
<p>Se toarna crema de branza mascarpone intr-un bol si se adauga zaharul.</p>
<p>Adaugati putin lapte si 10 mililitri de suc de lamaie si bateti totul foarte bine cu un batator electric pentru a obtine o consistenta cremoasa.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati frisca lichida si continuati sa bateti pana cand o incorporati complet in amestec.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron mic, dizolvati gelatina cu apa.</p>
<p>Cand s-a umflat adaugam trei lingurite de mascarpone si frisca, amestecam si turnam amestecul in vasul principal cu frisca.</p>
<p>Continuati sa bateti pana cand obtineti un amestec complet neted si omogen.</p>
<p>Apoi, intr-un castron mai mic puneti o parte din crema si adaugati ciocolata neagra topita.</p>
<p>Se toarna restul de crema alba in forma, peste blatul de biscuiti si se netezeste intr-un strat uniform.</p>
<p>Puneti in cateva linguri de crema cu ciocolata pe suprafata prajiturii.</p>
<p>Cu ajutorul unei frigarui, amestecati apoi usor ambele creme, astfel incat ambele culori sa isi pastreze forma, dar in tort se formeaza diverse pete si rasuciri.</p>
<p>Puneti tortul la frigider sa se raceasca timp de o ora.</p>
<p>Taiati tortul finit in portii si serviti.</p>
<p>Sa aveti pofta!</p>
