Se adauga cate 1 galbenus si se amesteca pana se combina dupa fiecare adaugare&period; Se toarna ulei la sfarsitul amestecarii&period; Cerneti faina cu un varf de praf de copt&comma; combinati usor cu o spatula&period; Turnati aluatul intr-o tava de copt cu aceleasi dimensiuni&period; Coaceti la 180 de grade aproximativ 15-20 de minute &lpar;pana cand aluatul incepe sa se indeparteze de marginile tavii&rpar;&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Turnati o jumatate de pahar de lapte&comma; adaugati o lingura de faina de grau si faina de cartof si zaharul&period; Amestecam bine&comma; astfel incat sa nu existe cocoloase&period; Puneti restul de lapte impreuna cu zaharul granulat la fiert&period; Cand se fierbe&comma; toarna amestecul de lapte si faina si&comma; amestecand constant&comma; gateste budinca &lpar;pana se ingroasa&rpar;&period; Adaugati imediat untul rece taiat in bucati mai mici si amestecati pana se topeste&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Turnati jumatate din masa de budinca fierbinte pe blatul de cafea si nivelati-o&period; Acoperim cu blatul simplu&period; Se toarna restul de crema&comma; se intinde uniform si apoi se pune al doilea blat de cafea deasupra&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<p>Topiti ciocolata intr-o baie de abur&period;
