<p>130 g zahar pudra</p>
<p>1 lingurita esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>coaja de la 1/2 lamaie</p>
<p>200 ml lapte</p>
<p>2 lingurite de praf de copt</p>
<p>caise proaspete sau 1 cutie de compot de caise</p>
<p>Pentru spuma:</p>
<p>6 albusuri</p>
<p>180 g zahar granulat</p>
<p>100 g de nuca de cocos</p>
<p>varf de cutit de sare</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Preincalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Pregatiti o tava de copt de 30 x 40 cm si tapetati-o cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron mare, bateti untul cu 130 g de zahar pana obtineti o consistenta spumoasa.</p>
<p>Adaugati galbenusurile si esenta de vanilie si continuati sa bateti pana obtineti un amestec omogen si cremos.</p>
<p>Turnati treptat laptele in amestec si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Cerneti faina si praful de copt intr-un alt bol.</p>
<p>Adaugati coaja de lamaie si amestecati.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat amestecul de faina in bolul cu ingredientele umede si amestecati bine pana obtineti un aluat omogen.</p>
<p>Turnati aluatul pe foaia de copt pregatita si nivelati astfel incat stratul sa fie uniform.</p>
<p>Acoperiti aluatul cu caise proaspete sau din compot pe care le-ati scurs in prealabil.</p>
<p>Introducem tava in cuptorul preincalzit si coacem aproximativ 20 de minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp, pregatiti spuma: bateti albusurile cu un praf de sare intr-o spuma tare.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat 180 g de zahar granulat si bateti pana la o spuma lucioasa.</p>
<p>Se amesteca nuca de cocos si se amesteca usor cu o lingura de lemn.</p>
<p>Dupa copt, scoateti blatul din cuptor si intindeti-l cu spuma de albusuri cu cocos pregatita.</p>
<p>Reduceti temperatura cuptorului la 150 de grade si puneti tava din nou in cuptor cu spuma de albusuri deasupra.</p>
<p>Coaceti pana cand spuma capata o nuanta aurie.</p>
<p>Scoateti desertul finit din cuptor si lasati-l sa se raceasca.</p>
