<p>Pe langa caise, o puteti incerca si cu alte fructe.</p>
<p>Este excelenta, de exemplu, cu coacaze, zmeura si nectarine .</p>
<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>3 oua</p>
<p>200 ml lapte</p>
<p>200 ml ulei</p>
<p>250 ml zahar granulat</p>
<p>250 ml faina</p>
<p>1 pachet praf de copt</p>
<p>250 g branza de vaci</p>
<p>1 ou</p>
<p>zahar pudra dupa gust</p>
<p>Caise</p>
<p>sau:</p>
<p>coacaze</p>
<p>Zmeura</p>
<p>Nectarine</p>
<p>Piersici</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Sa pregatim un aluat simplu:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale cu zaharul pana devin spumoase.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat laptele si uleiul.</p>
<p>La final, amestecam faina amestecata cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Aluatul se intinde pe o foaie de 36 x 26 cm (am tapetat cu hartie de copt).</p>
<p>Umplutura cu branza:</p>
<p>Amesteca branza de vaci cu oul si zaharul.</p>
<p>Daca doriti, puteti folosi branza de vaci aromata gata preparata.</p>
<p>Peste aluat se pune branza de vaci cu o lingura.</p>
<p>Intindem si caisele taiate in jumatate.</p>
<p>Coacem la 180 de grade aproximativ o jumatate de ora.</p>
<p>Dupa copt, pudram cu zahar pudra.</p>
