<p>Crema:</p>
<p>mascarpone &#8211; 500 g</p>
<p>frisca &#8211; 400 ml</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>intaritor pentru frisca &#8211; un pliculet</p>
<p>lamaie &#8211; 1 buc</p>
<p>Stratul de gelatina:</p>
<p>capsuni &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>gelatina &#8211; 2 pliculete</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spargeti biscuitii in bucati mici si macinati-i intr-un tocator de carne sau robot de bucatarie.</p>
<p>Apoi amestecati cu untul topit si transferati masa rezultata intr-o forma rotunda de tort tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Intindeti uniform pe fund si puneti tava in frigider cel putin o ora pentru a se solidifica.</p>
<p>Intr-un alt castron, amestecati mascarpone cu zaharul si amestecati pana la o consistenta fina.</p>
<p>Bateti frisca intr-o spuma ferma cu intaritorul pentru frisca si amestecati-o usor in branza de vaci batuta cu o spatula.</p>
<p>Adaugati sucul unei lamai si amestecati din nou.</p>
<p>Asezati crema finita in tava pe blatul de biscuiti intariti, nivelati suprafata cremei si puneti-o la loc in frigider pentru cateva ore.</p>
<p>La final, pregatiti gelatina conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj si curatati capsunile proaspete si taiati-le in felii mai subtiri cu un cutit ascutit.</p>
<p>Asezati-le pe toata suprafata tortului si turnati peste ele gelatina.</p>
<p>Apoi readuceti tortul la frigider pentru cateva ore pentru a se solidifica si intinde bine, astfel incat aromele ingredientelor sa se combine frumos.</p>
<p>Serviti bunatatea cu o ceasca de ceai sau cafea sau un milkshake de capsuni racit.</p>
