<p>1 pachet de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>Pentru sosul caramel:</p>
<p>1 cana de apa</p>
<p>1 lingura de amidon</p>
<p>O jumatate de cana de zahar</p>
<p>O jumatate de pahar cu apa</p>
<p>Pentru partea de sus:</p>
<p>Alune, nuci</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Alegeti o oala cu fundul mai gros.</p>
<p>Topiti untul in cratita, adaugati faina si amestecati pana la o masa uniforma (ca aluat).</p>

<p>Adaugati laptele, mai putin de o cana de zahar si amestecati faina.</p>
<p>Fierbeti o crema neteda ca de budinca.</p>
<p>Adaugati vanilia si amestecati.</p>
<p>Umeziti forma (forma de copt) cu apa si turnati crema in ea.</p>

<p>Se lasa la racit.</p>
<p>Pentru caramel:</p>
<p>Intr-un castron, amestecati amidonul cu apa si lasati deoparte.</p>
<p>Topiti zaharul caramel intr-o tigaie.</p>
<p>Adaugati 100 ml de apa si amestecati.</p>
<p>La final, se adauga amestecul de amidon si se aduce la fierbere, amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Se toarna caramelul peste crema de lapte si se lasa sa se intareasca.</p>
