<p>500 ml lapte</p>
<p>10 g zahar vanilat</p>
<p>250 g unt</p>
<p>Blat:</p>
<p>6 albusuri</p>
<p>6 galbenusuri</p>
<p>8 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>50 ml apa</p>
<p>100 ml ulei</p>
<p>2 linguri de cacao</p>
<p>7 linguri de faina</p>
<p>10 g praf de copt</p>
<p>Sirop:</p>
<p>400 ml cafea, lapte sau ciocolata cu lapte</p>
<p>Crema 2:</p>
<p>4 albusuri</p>
<p>250 g zahar</p>
<p>100 ml apa</p>
<p>Glazura:</p>
<p>200 g ciocolata neagra</p>
<p>50 ml ulei</p>
<p>50 ml lapte</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pentru aceasta prajitura vom face mai intai umplutura pentru ca trebuie racita.</p>
<p>Se amesteca 4 galbenusuri cu 8 linguri de zahar granulat, 5 linguri de faina si 100 ml de lapte.</p>
<p>Amestecam totul bine astfel incat sa nu fie cocoloase.</p>
<p>Turnati 400 ml de lapte intr-o oala mica.</p>
<p>Adaugati 10 g zahar vanilat si aduceti la fierbere.</p>
<p>Chiar inainte ca laptele sa dea in clocot, adaugati galbenusurile batute si amestecati pana se ingroasa.</p>
<p>Cand umplutura se ingroasa bine, se ia de pe foc.</p>
<p>Acoperiti umplutura cu folie sau o punga si lasati-o sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Ne apucam de blat.</p>
<p>Batem 6 albusuri si adaugam treptat 8 linguri de zahar.</p>
<p>Adaugati 6 galbenusuri unul cate unul.</p>
<p>Se toarna 50 ml apa si 100 ml ulei.</p>
<p>Cerneti 2 linguri de cacao, 7 linguri de faina si 10 g de praf de copt.</p>
<p>Combinati toate acestea cu o lingura sau o spatula si aluatul este gata.</p>
<p>Puneti hartie de copt intr-o tava de 35 x 25 cm si intindeti toata masa.</p>
<p>Se distribuie uniform si se coace in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C timp de 20 de minute.</p>

<p>Se lasa sa se raceasca si apoi se scoate din forma.</p>
<p>In timp ce blatul si umplutura se racesc, preparati 400 ml de cafea.</p>
<p>Turnati 3 linguri de cafea si o lingura de zahar cu 400 ml apa si lasati sa stea si sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Apoi taiati blatul orizontal in doua parti pentru a obtine doua foi subtiri.</p>
<p>Cand crema de galbenusuri s-a racit, se bat separat 250 g de margarina sau unt moale.</p>
<p>Adaugati in unt crema de galbenusuri racita si batuta si amestecati totul din nou.</p>
<p>Umplutura cu galbenus este gata de aplicat.</p>
<p>Peste blat se toarna 200 ml de cafea.</p>

<p>Puteti folosi ciocolata sau lapte in loc de cafea.</p>
<p>Apoi aplicam toata aceasta crema galbena.</p>

<p>O distribuim uniform.</p>
<p>Vom pune un alt biscuit deasupra.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati peste el 200 ml de cafea.</p>
<p>Acum doar pregatim crema alba.</p>
<p>Vom folosi zapada a 4 albusuri ramase.</p>
<p>Bateti-le intr-o spuma.</p>
<p>Timpul de bataie este de cateva minute.</p>
<p>Puneti in oala 250 g zahar granulat si 100 ml apa.</p>
<p>Fierbeti-le pentru scurt timp pentru a obtine un sirop.</p>
<p>Am lasat sa fiarba cam 2,5-3 minute la foc mare.</p>
<p>Si acum scoateti siropul rezultat de pe foc.</p>
<p>Imediat ce siropul este scos de pe foc, se toarna in zapada albusului de ou.</p>
<p>Mai intai, incepeti sa amestecati putin cu un mixer si apoi turnati incet.</p>
<p>Mai batem totul impreuna si am obtinut aceasta zapada frumoasa de albus.</p>
<p>Acum puneti intregul amestec de albusuri peste al doilea blat.</p>

<p>Daca chiar ti-e frica de acest truc, poti oricand sa pui frisca deasupra.</p>
<p>Pentru glazura se iau 200 g de ciocolata neagra.</p>
<p>Se toarna peste 50 ml ulei si 50 ml lapte.</p>
<p>Apoi se topeste la foc mediu la cuptorul cu microunde sau la abur.</p>
<p>Se amesteca si se toarna peste aluat.</p>
