<p>ulei rafinat de floarea-soarelui &#8211; 150 ml</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 180 g</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 240 g</p>
<p>praf de cacao &#8211; 40 g</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 10 g</p>
<p>bicarbonat de sodiu &#8211; o jumatate de lingurita</p>
<p>zahar vanilat (poate fi si extract de vanilie) &#8211; 1 buc / 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Ingrediente crema:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 1 buc</p>
<p>lapte la temperatura camerei &#8211; 300 ml</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 70 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat (poate fi si extract de vanilie) &#8211; 1 buc / 1 lingurita</p>
<p>varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>unt la temperatura camerei &#8211; 25 g</p>
<p>amidon de porumb &#8211; 30 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai pregatim crema de tort.</p>
<p>Vom avea nevoie de o oala mai adanca, in care punem lapte si il aducem la fierbere amestecand continuu.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron, amestecam zaharul, un praf de sare si amidonul de porumb.</p>
<p>Adaugati ouale si amestecati bine.</p>
<p>Apoi turnati acest amestec in laptele fierbinte si asteptati aproximativ 2 minute pana cand se ingroasa intregul continut al oalei.</p>
<p>Apoi scoateti amestecul din aragaz si adaugati unt si extract de vanilie in timp ce amestecati.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, turnati crema intr-un castron si acoperiti-o cu folie alimentara pana cand crema se raceste complet.</p>
<p>Apoi putem incepe sa pregatim aluatul.</p>
<p>Spargeti ouale intr-un castron mai adanc, adaugati zahar si un praf de sare.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana se obtine un amestec neted.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati extract de vanilie, smantana fermentata si ulei de floarea soarelui.</p>
<p>Se amesteca bine pentru a combina toate ingredientele in mod corespunzator.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat faina cernuta la amestecul rezultat, impreuna cu praful de copt, bicarbonatul de sodiu si praful de cacao.</p>
<p>Din nou, amestecati totul bine, astfel incat sa nu se formeze bulgari in aluat.</p>
<p>Aplicati aluatul uniform pe tava pregatita, tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Apoi pregatim crema deja racita, pe care o punem intr-o punga, la capatul careia facem apoi o gaura.</p>

<p>Crema va fi apoi aplicata pe aluatul de tort in orice forma doriti.</p>

<p>Asezati tortul astfel preparat intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade si coaceti timp de aproximativ 30- 35 de minute, dupa cum este necesar.</p>
<p>Apoi folosim o scobitoare pentru a testa daca tortul este gata. Stim acest lucru prin faptul ca aluatul nu se lipeste de scobitoare.</p>
<p>Lasam prajitura finita sa se raceasca si apoi putem presara zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Il putem servi cu orice fruct, frisca sau glazura de ciocolata.</p>
