<p>un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>10 g praf de copt</p>
<p>250 g faina</p>
<p>200-250 g cirese din compot</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Turnati 100 ml de ulei vegetal in vasul blenderului si adaugati 1 ou.</p>
<p>Cu un blender de imersie, presati oul pe fundul vasului si incepeti sa bateti, nu ridicati mixerul.</p>
<p>Facem la fel ca atunci cand pregatim maioneza.</p>
<p>De indata ce masa devine groasa, ridicati si coborati blenderul de mai multe ori, amestecati masa.</p>

<p>Emulsia este gata, puneti-o deoparte.</p>
<p>Puneti 2 oua, un praf de sare si zahar intr-un castron adanc, amestecati bine, de preferinta cu un mixer.</p>
<p>Acum adaugati smantana.</p>
<p>Amestecul de ulei si ou, se mesteca usor cu o spatula, nu mai este nevoie de mixer.</p>
<p>Daca ciresele sunt foarte suculente, puenti-le intr-o sita sa se scurga.</p>
<p>Si apoi amestecati cu 1 lingurita amidon de porumb.</p>
<p>Ramane sa adaugati faina si praf de copt in aluat, amestecati usor (nu pentru mult timp) pana cand masa devine omogena.</p>
<p>Aluatul este de grosime medie.</p>
<p>Puenem in tava hartie de copt si turnam cea mai mare parte din aluat (3 sferturi), deasupra jumatate din cirese.</p>
<p>Urmeaza restul de aluat.</p>

<p>Se coace la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>Am copt timp de 50 de minute si am mai tinut prajitura in cuptor inca 10 minute.</p>
<p>Timpul de coacere depinde de cuptorul dvs., verificati starea de pregatire cu un bat de lemn.</p>
<p>Scoatem prajitura finita din forma, scoatem hartia si lasam sa se raceasca pe un gratar.</p>
