<p>16 g praf de copt</p>
<p>2 linguri de cacao (pentru a doua jumatate de aluat)</p>
<p>Umplutura:</p>
<p>200 g de ciocolata</p>
<p>200 g de unt</p>
<p>100 ml lapte</p>
<p>100 g alune tocate (1 cana)</p>
<p>50 g migdale tocate (1/2 cana)</p>
<p>140 g zahar (3/4 cana)</p>
<p>50 g alune tocate pentru decor (1/2 cana)</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Albusurile se bat spuma cu un praf de sare.</p>
<p>Bateti untul si zaharul pana devine spumos.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat galbenusurile si bateti pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Se amesteca alternativ laptele si faina amestecate cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Incorporati usor albusurile.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul in doua parti.</p>
<p>Amestecati cacao intr-o parte.</p>
<p>Turnati aluaturile pe tavi separate tapetate cu hartie de copt (34&#215;22 cm) si coaceti la 180°C pentru aproximativ 10 minute.</p>

<p>Topim ciocolata, untul si laptele la foc mic pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Adaugati nucile, migdalele si zaharul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana se ingroasa umplutura si se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Intindeti jumatate din umplutura pe blatul de cacao, puneti celalalt blat peste crema si apasati.</p>

<p>Pentru un gust mai intens de ciocolata, foloseste ciocolata neagra de inalta calitate, cu un continut ridicat de cacao.</p>
<p>Daca nu va plac alunele, le puteti inlocui cu alte tipuri, precum migdalele sau nucile.</p>
<p>Decoreaza dupa propria imaginatie.</p>
<p>Puteti folosi glazura de ciocolata, frisca, fructe sau nuci.</p>
