<p>In plus:</p>
<p>1/2 l smantana sau frisca lichida</p>
<p>zahar pudra pentru decor siĀ pentru smantana (dupa gust)</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Am cumparat aluat foietaj intreg.</p>
<p>Intindeti aluatul si coaceti-l pe cealalta parte a tavii de copt.</p>
<p>Temperatura 220 C, timp de coacere aproximativ 7 minute.</p>
<p>Folositi o furculita pentru a intepa bulele inainte de coacere.</p>
<p>Combinati toate ingredientele pentru crema intr-o oala si gatiti-o sub forma de budinca.</p>
<p>In acelasi timp, batem albusurile spuma si zaharul.</p>
<p>Amestecati spuma de albusuri cu budinca fierbinte si amestecati usor bine.</p>

<p>Intindeti rapid crema rezultata peste una dintre bucatile de aluat copt si lasati-o sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>Pentru smantana racita se bate 1/2 litru de smantana cu zaharul si se bate pana se intareste.</p>
