<p>Ingrediente:</p>
<p>Oua &#8211; 3 buc.;</p>
<p>Zahar &#8211; 90 g;</p>
<p>Ulei vegetal &#8211; 80 ml;</p>
<p>Smantana &#8211; 60 g;</p>
<p>Faina &#8211; 140 g;</p>
<p>Praf de copt &#8211; 10 g;</p>
<p>Amidon &#8211; 40 g;</p>
<p>Fructe congelate &#8211; 400 g.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Se toarna zahar intr-un castron, adaugam ouale si ulei vegetal, se adauga smantana si se bat bine.</p>
<p>Se toarna faina, praful de copt si 30 de grame de amidon in amestec, se amesteca cu un tel intr-un aluat usor gros.</p>
<p>Stropiti fructele de padure cu amidon.</p>
<p>Turnati o parte din aluat intr-o tava de copt, turnati jumatate din fructe de padure pe aluat.</p>

<p>Puneti restul de aluat peste fructele din tava si stropiti deasupra cu fructele de padure ramase.</p>
<p>Coaceti la 180 de grade timp de 40-45 de minute.</p>
<p>Pentru aceasta prajitura, puteti folosi coacaze rosii, coacaze negre si alte fructe de padure congelate.</p>

<p>Ca decor, va recomandam sa stropiti cu zahar pudra.</p>
