<p>1 pliculet praf de copt</p>
<p>1 lingura smantana</p>
<p>Un varf de cutit de sare</p>
<p>Crema:</p>
<p>3 galbenusuri de ou</p>
<p>5 albusuri</p>
<p>1 pachet de budinca de vanilie</p>
<p>150 ml smantana</p>
<p>4 linguri de zahar</p>
<p>1 kg de prune sau orice alt fruct (spalati, indepartati samburele si taiati-le in jumatate), puteti folosi si prune din compot, bine scurse</p>
<p>Scortisoara dupa gust</p>
<p>5 linguri gris</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Amestecam faina cu zaharul, praful de copt, sarea si adaugam in acest amestec untul la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Se amesteca galbenusurile cu smantana si se framanta aluatul din toate ingredientele de mai sus &#8211; aluatul trebuie sa fie lipicios, daca este necesar si daca aluatul este prea tare, se mai poate adauga smantana.</p>
<p>Puneti aluatul pregatit pe un blat si intindeti-l intr-o foaie de aproximativ 0,5 cm grosime.</p>
<p>Se pune intr-o tava unsa si tapetata cu faina.</p>
<p>Alternativ, puneti pe o tava de copt (25 × 35 cm) hartie de copt, astfel incat aluatul sa acopere uniform intreaga suprafata.</p>
<p>Se presara uniform pe aluat 2 linguri de gris (un strat subtire pentru a absorbi sucul de fructe).</p>
<p>Se adauga apoi un strat de fructe (eu pun deasupra prunele taiate in jumatate).</p>
<p>Se presara cu scortisoara si se stropeste cu grisul ramas (3 linguri).</p>
<p>Albusurile se bat spuma cu zaharul pana devin pufoase.</p>
<p>Se amesteca galbenusurile cu praful de budinca (in timpul fierberii budinca va fierbe si crema se ingroasa) si se adauga smantana.</p>
<p>Apoi amestecati cu grija amestecul de galbenusuri cu albusuri si turnati aceasta masa pe fructe si neteziti totul.</p>
<p>Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 170-180 de grade pentru aproximativ 30-35 de minute.</p>
<p>Verificati tortul in timpul coacerii, deoarece fiecare cuptor se coace diferit.</p>
<p>Stropiti prajitura cu zahar si puteti servi.</p>
<p>Va dorim pofta buna!</p>
