<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Spargeti 2 oua intr-un bol, adaugati un praf de sare, 80 g zahar si 1 lingurita zahar vanilat.</p>
<p>Bateti cu mixerul pana aluatul devine pufos, usor si masa creste de 3 ori.</p>
<p>Acest lucru va dura 2-3 minute.</p>
<p>Acum turnati aici 60 ml de ulei vegetal si adaugati 130 g de smantana cu orice continut de grasime.</p>
<p>Combinati ingredientele cu un mixer si turnati 220 g de faina cernuta, precum si 1 lingurita praf de copt.</p>
<p>Smantana ar trebui sa fie la temperatura camerei.</p>

<p>Puteti amesteca aluatul cu o spatula, sau puteti, ca si mine, cu un mixer, dar la cea mai mica viteza si nu pentru mult timp.</p>
<p>Consistenta aluatului este putin mai groasa decat la clatite.</p>
<p>Ungeti fundul tavii cu unt moale si transferati aluatul.</p>
<p>Distribuiti-l uniform pe forma.</p>
<p>Dimensiunea tavii este de 20&#215;22 cm.</p>
<p>Luati un pahar incomplet din orice dulceata si puneti-l in ordine aleatorie pe aluat.</p>

<p>Eu am pus dulceata de capsuni, dar iese foarte gustoasa si cu dulceata de cirese si dulceata de coacaze negre.</p>
<p>Folosind o frigaruie de lemn, amestecam aluatul si gemul intr-o miscare circulara si coacem prajitura in cuptorul preincalzit la 180 de grade pentru 35-40 de minute.</p>

<p>Verificam coacerea cu o frigaruie de lemn, care ar trebui sa fie uscata cand iese.</p>
<p>Scoateti blatul din cuptor si lasati-l sa se raceasca in tava.</p>
<p>Apoi il transferam in farfuria pe care il vom servi si presaram deasupra fulgi de cocos.</p>
