<p>Piscoturi &#8211; in funtie de dimensiunea tavii</p>
<p>Lapte &#8211; pentru insiroparea piscoturilor</p>
<p>Frisca lichida &#8211; 300 ml</p>
<p>Iaurt cu fructe de padure &#8211; 300 g</p>
<p>Dulceata de fructe de padure &#8211; dupa gust, aproximativ 3-4 linguri</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Diametrul tavii: intre 18 cm si 24 cm.</p>
<p>Turnati frisca intr-un castron mare.</p>
<p>Se bate cu un tel electric la viteza mare.</p>
<p>Adaugati iaurtul cu fructe de padure si incorporati-l in frisca, amestecand mereu cu telul electric.</p>

<p>Inmuiati piscoturile in lapte si formati baza si partea laterala a prajiturii.</p>

<p>Turnati si nivelati crema in interiorul cochiliei folosind dosul unei linguri.</p>
<p>Completati suprafata intinzand pe ea cateva linguri de gem de fructe de padure.</p>
