<p>Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:</p>
<p>Aluat:</p>
<p>Oua 2 buc</p>
<p>Zahar 100 g</p>
<p>Kefir 180 ml</p>
<p>Unt topit 100 g</p>
<p>Faina 200 g (+ -)</p>
<p>Praf de copt 1 lingurita</p>
<p>Zahar vanilat (optional) 1 pliculet</p>
<p>Zahar pudra pentru decor</p>
<p>Gem dupa gust (de exemplu de cirese)</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Mai intai, amestecati ouale, kefirul, untul topit si zaharul cu un tel.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati ingrediente uscate (cerneati faina).</p>
<p>Se amesteca un singur aluat.</p>
<p>Punem 1/2 aluat pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Putem adauga gem in aluat.</p>
<p>Cu ajutorul unei frigarui, puteti imprastia gemul pe suprafata tavii.</p>

<p>Se toarna restul peste aluat, se omogenizeaza si se coace.</p>
<p>Se coace intr-un cuptor incalzit la 180 de grade pentru aproximativ 25-30 de minute.</p>
<p>Presaram cu zahar pudra.</p>
<p>Va dorim pofta buna!</p>
