<li>coaja rasa de la 1 lamaie</li>
<li>5 g amidon de porumb</li>
<li>37 g apa</li>
<li>sucul de la 1 lamaie</li>
<li>1/3 lingurita colorant alimentar galben (optional)</li>

<li>40 g zahar</li>
<li>300 ml frisca lichida pentru batut</li>

<p>ð©ð³ <strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Mixeaza untul moale cu zaharul si sarea pana devine o compozitie pufoasa. Adauga ouale, pe rand, mixand bine dupa fiecare.</li>
<li>Incorporeaza faina cernuta, praful de copt si sucul de lamaie. Toarna aluatul intr-o forma tapetata cu hartie de copt.</li>
<li>Coace blatul in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C timp de aproximativ 40 de minute. Verifica daca este copt cu o scobitoare. Dupa racire, taie blatul in 3 foi egale.</li>
<li>Pentru umplutura, pune intr-o cratita zaharul, coaja de lamaie si amidonul. Adauga apa, sucul de lamaie si colorantul alimentar, daca folosesti.</li>
<li>Fierbe amestecul 2-3 minute, pana se ingroasa, apoi lasa-l sa se raceasca complet.</li>
<li>Pentru crema, mixeaza crema de branza cu zaharul, apoi incorporeaza frisca batuta pana obtii o crema fina.</li>
<li>Asambleaza prajitura astfel: intinde jumatate din umplutura de lamaie peste prima foaie, apoi un sfert din crema. Continua la fel cu a doua foaie, iar la final acopera prajitura cu restul de crema.</li>
<li>Lasa prajitura la frigider peste noapte, apoi decoreaz-o cu crema ramasa si felii de lamaie.</li>
