<p>Esenta de vanilie</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru pandispan:</p>
<p>5 albusuri</p>
<p>200 g zahar</p>
<p>5 galbenusuri</p>
<p>150 g faina</p>
<p>2 lingurite de bicarbonat de sodiu</p>
<p>200 g seminte de mac</p>
<p>Ingrediente pentru glazura:</p>
<p>45 ml suc de lamaie</p>
<p>200 g zahar pudra</p>

<p>Prepararea cremei de vanilie:</p>
<p>Se amesteca o parte din lapte cu budinca de vanilie, zaharul si esenta de vanilie (ideal ar fi sa folositi o pastaie de vanilie), se fierbe restul de lapte pe aragaz.</p>
<p>Amestecati laptele constant pana cand incepe sa fiarba.</p>
<p>Se toarna amestecul de budinca si se amesteca timp de 3 minute.</p>
<p>Cand crema este gatita, impiedicati sa se formeze o piele pe suprafata cremei acoperind-o cu folie alimentara.</p>

<p>Lasati crema sa se raceasca complet inainte de utilizare.</p>
<p>Pregatirea blatului cu mac:</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile spuma cu zaharul.</p>
<p>Dupa ce obtineti o spuma tare, adaugati galbenusurile pe rand in timp de mestecati.</p>
<p>Combinati faina, bicarbonatul de sodiu si semintele de mac intr-un al treilea castron si amestecati incet in galbenusurile de ou.</p>
<p>Cu o spatula, incorporati cu grija albusurile.</p>
<p>Incalziti cuptorul la 180 °C.</p>
<p>Pregatiti o tava de copt cu dimensiunile de 29 cm x 33 cm.</p>

<p>Coaceti blatul timp de 15 minute folosind setarile de caldura superioara si inferioara.</p>
<p>Dupa copt, scoatem din tava si lasam sa se raceasca pe un gratar pana ajunge la temperatura camerei.</p>
<p>Taiati blatul in jumatate.</p>
<p>Mixati untul la temperatura camerei pana se deschide la culoare si apoi adaugati crema racita.</p>
<p>Puneti crema peste jumatatde de aluau si acoperiti cu cealalta jumatate de aluat.</p>

<p>Pregatirea glazurei:</p>
<p>Amestecati sucul de lamaie si zaharul pudra pentru a crea glazura.</p>
<p>Intindeti glazura peste aluatul racit.</p>

<p>Pune prajitura la frigider pana se intareste glazura.</p>
