<p>Ingrediente:<br />
Faina de grau 540 g</p>
<p>Zahar 300 g</p>
<p>Unt 180 g</p>
<p>Oua 2 buc.</p>
<p>Praf de copt 1 lingura</p>
<p>Smantana 2 linguri</p>
<p>Sare 1 praf</p>
<p>Esenta de vanilie dupa gust</p>
<p>Lapte 420 ml</p>
<p>Amidon de porumb 3 linguri</p>
<p>Mere 3 buc.</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Cerneti faina cu sarea si praful de copt.</p>
<p>Razuiti untul racit pe o razatoare grosiera si macinati-l cu ingrediente uscate in firimituri.</p>
<p>Adaugati 200 g de zahar si amestecati ingredientele.</p>
<p>Se amesteca jumatate din aluat cu ou si smantana.</p>
<p>Infasurati aluatul intr-o punga.</p>
<p>Intre timp, combinati amidonul, zaharul ramas si oul.</p>
<p>Se toarna laptele, se pune cratita pe foc si se gateste crema, amestecand ingredientele constant.</p>
<p>Curatati merele de coaja si miez, taiati-le in felii subtiri.</p>
<p>Punem aluatul (cel cu ou si smantana) pe fundul vasului de copt, formand lateralele.</p>
<p>Tapetati aluatul cu feliile de mere, apoi intindeti crema uniform.</p>

<p>Se presara partea de sus a placintei cu aluat pesmet.</p>

<p>Se coace la 180°C aproximativ 50 de minute.</p>
