<p>branza de vaci (5-9%) – 250 g;</p>

<p>sare &#8211; un varf de cutit;</p>
<p>zahar – 80 g;</p>
<p>zahar vanilat – 10 g;</p>
<p>lapte – 90 ml;</p>
<p>ulei vegetal – 120 ml;</p>
<p>faina – 400 g;</p>
<p>praf de copt – 2 lingurite.</p>
<p>Topping:</p>
<p>faina – 150 g;</p>
<p>zahar – 70 g;</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Pentru umplutura, curatati merele de coaja si dati-le pe o razatoare grosiera.</p>

<p>Ar trebui sa obtineti 600 g de mere curatate.</p>
<p>De asemenea, puteti lua orice fructe de sezon.</p>
<p>Daca faceti umplutura cu mere, topiti o bucata mica de unt intr-o tigaie, puneti merele rase si adaugati zahar dupa gust (eu am pus 2 linguri).</p>
<p>Fierbeti la foc mic timp de aproximativ 5 minute, amestecand ocazional.</p>

<p>Pentru un plus de aroma, puteti adauga scortisoara macinata si putina nucsoara.</p>
<p>Transferati umplutura intr-un bol si lasati-o sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Puneti 250 g de branza de vaci cu granulatie fina intr-un bol si pasati-o cu o lingura.</p>
<p>Adaugati 1 ou, un praf de sare, 80 g de zahar, 10 g de zahar vanilat, precum si 90 ml de lapte la temperatura camerei si 120 ml de ulei vegetal.</p>
<p>Amestecati toate ingredientele cu un mixer pana la omogenizare.</p>
<p>Apoi adaugati 400 g de faina cernuta si 2 lingurite de praf de copt.</p>
<p>Din nou, folosind un mixer, combinati ingredientele lichide si uscate, apoi continuati sa framantati aluatul cu mainile.</p>
<p>Puneti cateva picaturi de apa pe fundul tavii si lipiti o foaie de hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Dimensiunea tavii este de 23&#215;33 cm.</p>
<p>Intindeti aluatul intr-un strat uniform (fara margini) pe intreaga suprafata a tavii.</p>
<p>Daca doriti fursecuri mai subtiri, puteti folosi o tava de copt mai mare.</p>
<p>Intindem aluatul astfel incat suprafata sa fie uniforma.</p>
<p>Acum aplicam un strat subtire de orice dulceata si intindem umplutura de mere racita peste dulceata.</p>

<p>Amestecati 150 g de faina si 70 g de zahar, adaugati 100 g de unt moale si macinati amestecul in firimituri fine.</p>

<p>Acoperiti complet suprafata prajiturii cu firimiturile formate.</p>
<p>Coaceti in cuptorul preincalzit la 180°C timp de 30-35 de minute.</p>
