<p>nuci tocate &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Pentru aluat:</p>
<p>oua &#8211; 6 buc.</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 praf</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 90 g</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 80 g</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 1/2 lingurita</p>
<p>nuci macinate &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Nuci caramelizate:</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>nuci intregi &#8211; 100 g</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti ouale, zaharul si zaharul vanilat cu un tel pana obtineti o spuma usoara.</p>

<p>Turnati amestecul in boluri intr-un raport de 2:1.</p>
<p>Amestecati ciocolata, taiata bucati, in bolul cu mai multa crema.</p>

<p>Se amesteca pana se dizolva complet.</p>
<p>Se acopera apoi ambele creme cu folie alimentara si se lasa sa se raceasca.</p>
<p>Bateti ouale intr-o spuma groasa si pufoasa intr-un castron mare, adaugati zaharul si sarea.</p>
<p>Se amesteca apoi faina cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat faina cernuta si praful de copt in spuma de ou.</p>
<p>Apoi amestecati faina in spuma foarte atent si incet, folosind un tel.</p>
<p>La final, amestecati cu grija si incet nucile macinate in aluat.</p>

<p>Se toarna aluatul intr-o tava de 18&#215;28 cm si se tapeteaza fundul cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Transferati tava la cuptorul preincalzit la 180 °C si coaceti aluatul timp de 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Apoi scoateti-l si lasati blatul copt sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Intoarceti-l, indepartati hartia de copt si taiati-l in jumatate.</p>

<p>Bateti usor crema de ciocolata si adaugati nucile tocate grosier.</p>

<p>Apoi intindeti cu grija pe blatul pregatit si acoperiti-l cu celalalt blat.</p>

<p>Bateti scurt crema ramasa si intindeti-o cu grija pe al doilea blat.</p>

<p>Apoi transferati prajitura la frigider si lasati-o sa se odihneasca cel putin 4 ore.</p>
<p>Se toarna zaharul in tigaie si se lasa sa se dizolve complet.</p>
<p>Adaugati nucile in caramelul rezultat si amestecati cu grija.</p>

<p>Transferati apoi nucile cu caramelul pe hartie de copt si lasati-le sa se raceasca complet.</p>
<p>Taiati nucile caramelizate racite in bucati mici si apoi presarati-le frumos peste taietura racita.</p>

<p>La final, taiati prajitura in cuburi de orice dimensiune si o puteti servi imediat.</p>
