<p>Pentru umplutura aveti nevoie de:</p>
<p>200 g nuci</p>
<p>2 linguri de zahar pudra</p>
<p>2 linguri de stafide</p>
<p>1 lingurita de scortisoara</p>
<p>1 lingura de smantana</p>

<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Bateti oul usor cu un tel, apoi adaugati ingredientele enumerate pentru blat si framantati.</p>
<p>Separati o bila mai mica si impartiti restul in doua jumatati.</p>
<p>Intindeti jumatate din aluat cu un sucitor de marimea unei tavi de copt si asezati-o pe fundul acesteia.</p>
<p>Adaugati zahar pudra, susan, scortisoara si smantana peste nuci.</p>
<p>Adaugati bucata mica de aluat in aceasta si amestecati bine cu mainile.</p>
<p>Asezati umplutura de nuci in tava si intineti cealalta jumatate de alut pe care o sa o puneti peste umplutura.</p>
<p>Taiati prajitura in cuburi si coaceti la 190 deĀ grade timp de 45-50 de minute.</p>

<p>Puneti 150 g de zahar si 100 ml de apa intr-o cratita.</p>
<p>Adaugati coaja de portocola tocata si stoarceti jumatate de lamaie.</p>
<p>Fierbeti siropul, apoi raciti-l si turnati-l peste prajitura racita, astfel incat sa se absoarba frumos.</p>
