<p>2 pliculete de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>un praf de sare</p>
<p>Pentru prune:</p>
<p>800 g de prune</p>
<p>4 linguri de zahar granulat</p>
<p>2 pliculete de zahar vanilat</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Puneti hartie de copt pe fundul unei tavi (28 cm) si ungeti marginile cu unt.</p>
<p>Se amesteca zaharul, zaharul vanilat si sarea intr-un castron mic.</p>
<p>Intr-un castron separat , amestecati faina cu praful de copt.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul inmuiat intr-un castron adanc si bateti-l cu un mixer si adaugati amestecul de zahar.</p>
<p>Bateti ouale unul cate unul.</p>
<p>Cerneti treptat faina in amestec si amesteca cu un tel.</p>
<p>Se toarna jumatate din aluat in forma si se niveleaza.</p>
<p>Introduceti forma intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 190°C (incalzire sus/jos).</p>
<p>Coaceti timp de 10 minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp, scoateti samburii prunelor, se taie in sferturi si se adauga in bol.</p>
<p>Se amesteca zaharul granulat si zaharul vanilat intr-un castron mic.</p>
<p>Se toarna zaharul in vasul cu prunele si se amesteca.</p>

<p>Puneti prunele pe aluatul copt din forma.</p>
<p>Intindeti restul de aluat deasupra si nivelati-l uniform.</p>

<p>Puneti prajitura la cuptor si coaceti 40 de minute la o temperatura de 190°C.</p>
<p>Dupa ce a trecut timpul, scoatem prajitura din cuptor si lasam sa se raceasca.</p>

<p>Scoateti desertul racit din forma, stropiti cu zahar si serviti.</p>
