<p>Surprinde-ti familia cu un tort extrem de moale preparat din cele mai comune ingrediente pe care toata lumea le are acasa. Sufleul pufos si aluatul moale sunt combinatia ideala. Trebuie sa incercati acest tort uimitor. Nu aveti nevoie de nimic complicat pentru a-l pregati.</p>

<p>galbenusuri &#8211; 3 buc</p>
<p>praf de copt &#8211; 1/2 lingurita</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 varf</p>
<p>Sufleu:</p>
<p>smantana 30% &#8211; 400 ml</p>
<p>iaurt &#8211; 200 g</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; 130 g</p>
<p>faina &#8211; 30 g</p>
<p>zahar vanilat &#8211; 8 g</p>
<p>albusuri- 3 buc</p>
<p>sare &#8211; 1 varf</p>
<p>In plus:</p>
<p>fructe &#8211; dupa gust, proaspete sau din compot (eu ma folosit piersici scurse din compot)</p>
<p>zahar &#8211; dupa cum este necesar</p>
<p>Mod de preparare:</p>
<p>Toate ingredientele trebuie sa fie reci.</p>
<p>Coaceti tortul intr-o tava patrata de 23 x 23 cm sau intr-o tava rotunda cu un diametru de 24 cm.</p>
<p>Pregatiti aluatul.</p>
<p>Se amesteca faina, praful de copt, un praf de sare, zahar pudra si zahar vanilat.</p>
<p>Adaugati untul in cuburi. Se amesteca rapid cu mainile pana se obtine un aluat nisipos.</p>
<p>Adaugati galbenusurile si amestecati.</p>
<p>Lucrati repede, astfel incat untul sa nu se topeasca.</p>

<p>Se pune aluatul intr-o punga, se aplatizeaza si se pune la frigider.</p>
<p>Acum pregatiti crema.</p>
<p>Puneti smantana si iaurtul intr-un castron adanc.</p>
<p>Se adauga faina si zaharul vanilat.</p>
<p>Se amesteca pana se omogenizeaza.</p>
<p>Bateti albusurile cu un praf de sare, adaugati treptat zaharul si amestecati pana cand se intepenesc.</p>
<p>Adaugati treptat la amestecul de smantana-iaurt si amestecati usor.</p>

<p>Daca este necesar, taiati fructele in cuburi. Fructele proaspete sunt ideale deoarece conservele de fructe au prea mult suc.</p>

<p>Apoi puteti asambla tortul. Impartiti aluatul in 2 parti inegale (1/3 si 2/3). Intindeti bucata mai mare pe fundul foii de copt tapetate cu hartie de copt.</p>
<p>Intindeti fructele si in final crema.</p>

<p>Totul trebuie sa fie egal.</p>
<p>Impartiti aluatul ramas in bucati mai mici si asezati-le peste crema.</p>
<p>Coaceti aproximativ 40 de minute intr-un cuptor preincalzit la 180 de grade.</p>
<p>In cele din urma, se lasa sa se raceasca, presarati cu zahar pudra si seerviti.</p>
